Young Professionals - Your guide to working life

LOGY Young Professionals activities are intended for students and graduates of logistics and procurement and for all who has an interest in the field, as well as young professionals already working in the field.
We organize various easy-going events, where we get to know interesting companies and the latest developments in sourcing and logistics sectors.

Thesis awards

LOGY awards annually

  • Procurement or Logistics Research of the Year (licentiate/doctoral dissertation) 
  • Procurement or Logistics Thesis of the Year (Master’s Thesis - university) 
  • Procurement or Logistics Polytechnic Thesis of the Year (Bachelor’s/Master’s Thesis – university of applied sciences)

Winners are rewarded with a substantial cash prize and an annual LOGY membership. 
The selection criteria for theses are relevance to the field of procurement/logistics, usability in practice, societal impact, and scientific merit. The application period ends at the end of September. 

LOGY Conference – the industry’s biggest event free of charge for students

The most important event of the year is the LOGY Conference, which gathers industry professionals to network and to hear topical talks. Students are an important part of the future of our field, which is why LOGY offers students free virtual participation in the LOGY Conference!
