Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation until January 10, 2025.
- Cancellations made after this date or no-shows will be charged the full participation fee.
- If you are unable to attend, your spot can be transferred to another individual.
- In case of illness, participation can be canceled with a doctor’s certificate, and a processing fee of €120 + VAT will be charged.
- If the event is canceled by the organizer and the participation fee has already been paid, the fee will be fully refunded to the account specified by the participant.
- If the event is canceled, LOGY will not reimburse participants for indirect costs, such as travel or accommodation bookings.
