Denmark: Torm buys two new MR resale vessels

Danish shipping company Torm has announced that it has signed an agreement to buy two fuel-efficient and high-specification MR resale vessels. The two 50,000 dwt vessels are currently under construction at the Korean yard Hyundai Mipo and will be delivered to Torm later this quarter.
Torm has bought a total of six MR vessels for a total consideration of USD 185mn (EUR 157.42mn) during the third quarter of 2017.
