Netherlands: Consumers see importance of deliveries outside peak-hours

Some 51% of consumers in the Netherlands agree that it is a good idea to receive an online order outside of peak hours, according to a study by Ruigrok NetPanel. The delivery of orders outside peak hours reduces the negative effects of congestion on the roads and 47% of consumers state it is more important that non-passenger road transport on roads and in neighbourhoods is reduced than that their parcels are received quickly.
