Netherlands: DAF Trucks optimises its own transport with solution services

Dutch truck manufacturer DAF Trucks wants to optimise its own transport and purchased Transporeon and Ticontract platforms to improve the efficiency. The Transporeon supply chain solution helps DAF to process a wide range of activities from transport planning to self-billing. DAF uses a web-based version of Transporeon which enables seamless communication with Ticontract. The use of the two services is to help enable the customer service and enables the price fluctuations in tariffs.
