Norwegian maritime support company Havila Shipping has announced that bankruptcy is the only option if company bond holders do not approve of the proposed restructuring. The announcement followed after a minority group of bond holders proposed an alternative, calling for the unsecured bond debt to be transformed into equity. The Havila management stated that it will not support the alternative proposal.
