Sweden: Airlog Group acquired by Scan Global Logistics

Danish logistics company Scan Global Logistics has announced the acquisition of Swedish logistics company Airlog Group. The transaction is pending approval from Danish authorities and is projected to be completed in Q1 2017. Scan Global Logistics CEO Jesper Nielsen believes that the acquisition will strengthen the company's position in both Sweden and the Nordic region as a whole.
