Sweden: Government proposes electronic waybills

The Swedish government has presented a proposal for introducing an electronic waybill system for the road freight transport sector. This would be done by acceding to the 2008 additional protocol in the international Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR Convention).
