Swedish customs compliance company KGH Customs Services has announced that it has acquired Arctic Tariff from the Arctic Customs Solutions business unit in company Arctic Group. Arctic Tariff develops software-based solutions for classification. The acquisition is considered strategic for KGH as the company is focusing on expanding its portfolio of software solutions.
