Sweden: Moderate Party proposes electronic road monitoring

Swedish Moderate Party has proposed that justice authorities should have access to electronic devices to monitor commercial traffic and avoid breaching of law. This should be applied on the EU level. The party further proposed employing 2,000 new policemen. Foreign trucks in Sweden should be equipped with GPS transponders.
