The Swedish Parliament has decided to implement the Government's proposal of creating a new buoyancy class BK4 for roads, and therefore enabling vehicles of 74 tonnes to use the road network for cargo transportation. The law will come into force by 1 July 2017, and one part of the road network for vehicles of 74 tonnes will be opened in the beginning of 2018.
