Sweden: Postnord to cooperate with NetOnNet

Swedish state-owned postal and logistics company Postnord has entered into a collaborative agreement with Swedish online consumer electronics retailer NetOnNet to secure possible future volume increases. Postnord will invest in automation for sorting all packages to and from the central warehouse of NetOnNet. Automation will streamline and ensure future management of increased e-commerce volumes as well as decrease environmental impact. Stefan Svensson, Logistics Manager at NetOnNet, says that the company considers fast deliveries as well as creating an environmentally-friendly supply chain important.
