UK: Yodel voted as worst delivery company

MoneySavingExpert.com has polled more than 11,000 consumers on their experiences with delivery companies. Yodel was found to be the least popular courier, followed by City Sprint, iPost Parcels, DX and Hermes/myHermes. Complaints were found to include couriers misdelivering parcels, not ringing the doorbell and leaving packages under cars and in bins. DPD was voted to be the best delivery company, with 71% of its customers describing the service as "great". This was followed by Royal Mail Parcels, Collect Plus, UPS and Amazon Logistics.
