Coming soon: Information on registration fees, including early bird discounts and details about the discounted rate for attending the LOGY Conference.

Early bird discounts will be offered for registrations completed by December 15, 2024. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend the LOGY Conference at a discounted rate, providing an excellent chance to engage with a broader network of professionals and experts in the field.

Price and packages:

  • Price for research participants (author in paper, case studies or reviews presented in LSCM Forum) will be confirmed latest in the September
  • Two participation options will be available:
    • LSCM Forum 5.2.2025 and LOGY Conference's first Day in Helsinki 6.2.2025 - FEE: 490 EUR + VAT 25,5 %
    • LSCM Forum 5.2.2025 and LOGY Conference's first Day in Helsinki 6.2.2025 and LOGY Conference's second Day 6.-7.2.2025 (Maritime Conference with Onboard Accomodation) - FEE: 590 EUR + VAT 25,5 %

  • LSCM Forum 5.2.2025 is taking place at Central Helsinki, Finland
  • LOGY Conference 6.2.2025 is taking place at Finlandia Hall, Helsinki, Finland

Accommodation:

The event will be held in the center of Helsinki, conveniently located with good transport connections. There are plenty of different accommodation options available for participants.

As a conference guest, you will receive a discount at the Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti hotel.

  • Room reservations must be made by January 28, 2025, by 6:00 PM. Please note that there is a limited number of special-rate rooms available.
